Pater noster, qui es in caelis,
sanctificeteur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnuum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua,
sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo.
[quia tuum est regnum,
et potestas, et gloria, in saecula]
Amen.
These are the exact lyrics I learned at chorale and have been humming to myself at times. I didn’t expect this to be something so close, something I have recited thousands of times in the church.
“Truth had gone, truth had gone, and truth had gone.
Ah, now truth is asleep in the darkness of the sinister hand.”
Perhaps my favourite quote in my entire journey towards the completion of the game’s first ending. Junpei was amazing to decipher such a code. Too bad she died; she had been more or less lovely all along.
They do not tell as many lies as the mouth does. So if you happen to catch a glimpse of them, you might as well be assured they are the closest to the true reflection of how a person feels.
Currently watching it for the first time since it was released in 2006. I’m halfway, but I think Edmund is consistently being a jerk, be it consciously or not.
I thank God for I have accidentally freed myself from the potential hassle which would have not only taken up my phone balance, but also drained my brain juice looking for convincing arguments to defend myself (plus it would have lasted for eternity).
Oh, the surge of relief.
The room has definitely been more than just a place in which I have studied for the past two months, the room in which sometimes I’ve experienced more things than being outside. In there, I have gotten the chance to get closer to some people and I’m eternally grateful for that.
Now it’s time for me to sleep. Sigh, where to go tomorrow.
